Vijay Kumar ... for the petitioner Ms. Babita Das ... for the respondents June 18, 2026 [AKB] Item No.15 The petitioner's grievance is that his application/representation for correction of the map to the respondent No.1 has not been considered at all. This application was made sometime in April 2025 requesting the correction of the map of Survey No. 1048 and 1021 of Prothrapur village.

Ms. Das appearing for the respondents submit that there may be other stakeholders and a reasonable time has to be given to conduct a hearing in this matter in the presence of the petitioner and the other stakeholders.

In view thereof, the respondent No. 1 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated April 01, 2025 after giving all parties a hearing, upon adequate prior notice to the petitioner and the other stakeholders by August 10, 2026.

The resultant reasoned order disposing of the representation should be communicated to the petitioner and other stakeholders by August 14, 2026.

With the aforestated direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis on compliance of all legal formalities.
