This is an appeal preferred against a judgment and decree dated 29 February 2024 passed in Matrimonial Suit No.111 of 2020 whereby the Trial Judge has dismissed the suit for divorce. It is fairly submitted on behalf of the respondent husband that pursuant to the efforts made, he agrees and is ready and willing to a mutual decree for divorce in accordance with law.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this appeal. FA/1/2024 stands disposed of by directing both the parties to apply for mutual divorce in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
