K.Thakur ... for the petitioner Mr. Shatadru Chakraborty Mr. Dibesh Dwivedi ... for the respondent no.1 Mr. Babita Das ... for the respondent no.2 June 21, 2024 [SR] Item Nos.10 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is grave corruption inasmuch as despite several attempts of the petitioner over three years, no copy of the sketch map of Survey plot No.24, regarding in which petitioner is a licencee, is being supplied to the petitioner.

The allegations are denied by learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

Although from a plain reading of the writ petition no evident case of corruption is found, the fact remains that the petitioner, being a licencee, is entitled to the sketch map of his own survey plot. Accordingly, WPA/280/2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to furnish a sketch of survey plot No.24 to the petitioner on the basis of the representations made by the petitioner which are annexed to the writ petition as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four weeks from date.

No order as to costs.

Urgent certified server copies, if applied for, be issued to the parties upon compliance of due formalities.
