Mini .... for the petitioner Ms. Babita Das ... for the respondents June 18, 2025 [SR] Item No.12 Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner had applied for correction of Map on 01.11.2022. This led to registration of RC Case No. 216/GIS/2022/DC(SA) before the respondent No. 2. The Surveyor filed a report and the petitioner gave her response to the same in 2024. After that no hearing has taken place. The matter has remained pending for no fault of the petitioner. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Administration submits that a process is already on for disposing of the revenue case.

In view of the above, the respondent No. 2 is directed to dispose of the RC Case No. 216/GIS/2022/DC(SA) in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

As the writ petition is being disposed of without calling for affidavits, the allegations leveled against the respondents shall be deemed to have been denied.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsels for the parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
