Respondents Mr. Pradeshia Munda ... for the petitioner Mr. Rakesh Kumar ... for the respondents August 23, 2022 [SR] Item No.39 Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the writ petition may be disposed of by a similar order as was passed by this Court in WPA/317/2022 on 18th August, 2022. The willingness of the respondents to give electricity connection to the petitioner is noted subject to the petitioner falling within the parameters of the Full Bench judgment reported in AIR 2011 Cal 64. The Full Bench of this Court answered the reference before the Bench to the effect that the respondents shall give electricity to the writ petitioners if the applicants are found to be in settled possession of the premises in question.

WPA/330/2022 is accordingly disposed of with a direction on the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 18th January, 2022 within a period of three weeks from today.

The order shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week from the date on which the order is passed by

the respondent authorities and shall be within the outer limit of five weeks from today.
