It appears that the petitioner had submitted an application before the respondent authorities for electricity connection on 13.02.2025. His grievance is that the same has not been considered by the respondent authorities. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent authorities submits that the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
In view of the above, the respondent no.1 is directed to consider the petitioner's online application being 27750 dated 13.02.2025 seeking electricity connection in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six weeks from date of communication of this order. It is clarified that merits of the case have not been gone into by this Court.
As the writ petition is being disposed of without calling for affidavits, the allegations leveled against the respondents shall be deemed to have been denied.
With the above observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsels for the parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
