Mishra ... for the respondents June 10, 2026 [AKB] Item No.21 The petitioner is aggrieved that his application for electricity connection has not been considered till date. However, Mr. S.C.Mishra appearing for the authorities submits that the application has been rejected in March 2026 on the ground that the requisite document (Electoral Identity Card pertaining to the same local area) had not been submitted by the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to file afresh application in the online form with all requisites including electoral identity card by June 12, 2026.

The authorities are directed to immediately respond to the application and dispose of the same in accordance with law by June 22, 2026 and intimate the resultant order by June 24, 2026 to the petitioner.

With the aforestated direction this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, is to be given to the parties on priority basis on compliance of all legal formalities.
