for the respondents August 22, 2022 [SR] Item No.10 The only prayer is for a direction on the respondents to dispose of an application made by the petitioner on 26th July, 2021 which is for a request for demarcation and survey of a particular area for construction of a drain by the Municipal Council. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Administration submits that the direction may be given for disposing of the application.

WPA/334/2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondents to consider and dispose of the application made by the petitioner on 26th July, 2022 within a period of five weeks from today. A copy of the order shall be made available to the petitioner within one week from date of such order is passed.
