Mr. S.C. Mishra, learned advocate (VC) appearing for the alleged contemnors submits that the compliance of the direction dated February 27, 2025 has been made, as the electricity supply has already been provided to the petitioner upon compliance of all necessary formalities.

Ms. Yasmeen Begum, learned advocate (VC) appearing for the petitioner has also confirmed the said submissions made on behalf of the alleged contemnors.

Learned advocate for the alleged contemnors has further undertaken before this Court that the compliance report shall be sent on the e-mail ID of the learned Registrar General, Principal Bench within an hour and the same then shall be kept on record. In view of the above, CPAN 29 of 2025 stands dropped and closed.

CPAN 29 of 2025, accordingly, stands disposed of.
