Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, WPA/294/2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2, the Tahsildar, Port Blair Tahsil, South Andaman to amend the revenue records incorporating the name of the petitioner at the earliest, positively within four weeks from date.

No order as to costs.

Urgent certified server copies, if applied for, be issued to the parties upon compliance of due formalities.
