During the hearing of the writ petition, it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that an opportunity may be granted to the petitioner to file a Public Interest Litigation and/or criminal complaint, if so advised.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law, if so advised.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the case and all issues are left open to be decided before the Appropriate Forum, if the circumstances so warrant.

With the above directions, WPA/296/2024 stands disposed of.
