Bishes Chander Rao and another Mr. Dibesh Dwivedi ... for the petitioners Mr. Terrence D Cruz ... for the respondents June 30, 2025 [AKB] Item No.1 By filing this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged an interim order dated February 12, 2025 passed in OA No.541/2024 whereby the Tribunal directed to maintain status quo till the final disposal regarding a disciplinary proceeding initiated against the applicant. The Tribunal passed the impugned order since it was alleged that during pendency of OA No. 541/2024, the department had proceeded with the chargesheet.

Since, it is submitted by the parties before this Court that the pleadings before the Tribunal are complete, we are of the view that the Tribunal should be directed to dispose of the OA/541/2024 expeditiously.

Accordingly, we dispose of WP.CT/29/2025 by giving a direction upon the Tribunal to dispose of the OA/541/2024 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. ( Kausik Chanda, J. ) ( Krishna Rao, J. )
