None appears on behalf of the opposite party. The petitioner has filed the affidavit-of-service, let the same be kept with the record.

The petitioner has filed present revisional application being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the order passed by the learned District Judge in L.A. No. 04 of 2001 dated 02.04.2025 wherein the learned Judge has rejected the application filed by the petitioner for recalling of PW 2 for production of document.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the application filed by the petitioner before the learned District Judge on 30.09.2024 under Order 18 Rule 17 of Code of Civil Procedure, wherein the petitioner intend to bring some additional documents i.e. notification and notices issued by the Administration.

Considered the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, perused the impugned order and the application filed by the petitioner.

This court finds that there is no illegality in the order passed by learned District Judge. Accordingly, this Court is not included to interfere with the impugned order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps for bring the said documents in L.A Case No. 04 of 2001 by issuing summon upon the authorities who are the custodian of the said documents.

In view of the above the civil revisional application being CO/36/2025 is disposed of.
