Vide the said order, the Learned Single Judge directed respondent No. 1 to consider the petitioner's application dated 11.9.2023 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the Respondent that the said order has been complied with, and a detailed speaking order has been passed by respondent no.3 on 15.5.2024. In view of the said order passed by the respondent no.3 on 15.5.2024 the petitioner does not wish to press the present Contempt petition.

In view of the above, the contempt proceedings are dropped and the present Contempt Petition is disposed of. A copy of the compliance affidavit is taken on record.
