The Tribunal by the impugned order has stayed the extension of suspension.

Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the present matter, suspension of the respondent has been revoked with effect from February 7, 2023.

In view of the aforesaid development, we are of the view that the writ petition has become infructuous, accordingly, WP.CT/19/2022 is dismissed as such, there shall be no order as to costs.
