We have no reasons to disagree with the directions given by the other Division Bench vide order dated 12th December, 2025. The operative portion of this order dated 12th December, 2025 is made applicable to this appeal.

Let the concerned authorities deal with the issues in the present appeal along with similar matters which have been relegated to such authorities.

The appeal and connected applications now pending are accordingly disposed of.
