Petitioner Mr. S K Golder ... for the petitioner Mr. Sumit Karmakar ... for the State July 03, 2025 [SR] Item No. 1 In this case, an FIR has been registered under section 305, 318/351(2) and 78 of BNS 2023 against the petitioner. Having regard to the nature of the allegation leveled against the petitioner as apparent from the case diary and the fact that he is a government employee, I am of the view that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required in this case.
Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs 10,000/ with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer also subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of BNS, 2023. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and shall appear before the jurisdictional Court seeking regular within four weeks from date.
Accordingly, CRM(A)/3/2025 is disposed of.
