Mr. Rakesh Kumar appearing for the respondent Nos.3 & 4 submits on instruction that the area for which the petitioners are seeking Street Vending Licence has been declared as a Non Vending Zone.

Since the representation has not been considered by the authority, the authority will have to decide the issue in light of the prevailing notification.

The respondent No.3 is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner on January 22, 2026 and dispose of the same in accordance with law by July 31, 2026. This order directing the respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the issue will not create any equity or right in favour of the petitioner.

With the aforestated direction the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
