Mr.Vijay Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff does not oppose the prayer. I have considered the materials on record. Suit is pending since 2016 and is at the stage of recording evidence. In view of the aforesaid, I direct the Trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the date of communication of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. With the above direction, CO/21/2024 is disposed of. ( Joymalya Bagchi, J. )
