Mr. Mishra submits on instructions that this application has not reached the authorities.

The said application has been filed in the online mode and the question of such application not been received by the authority is rather surprising. However, to expedite the application, I direct the authorities to consider the instant writ petition as the application, in addition to the online application of May 05, 2026 and dispose of the same in accordance with law by July 15, 2026.

With the aforestated direction this writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis on compliance of all legal formalities.
