The said writ petition was dismissed today being immediately the preceding matter at serial No. 7 of today's list. This writ petition has appeared in serial No. 8 in today's list. In the fact of this writ petition, the commercial bid of the petitioner was not even opened and at that stage, the respondent authority decided to issue and ultimately issued fresh tender notices.

No right had accrued in favour of the petitioner to challenge the said fresh tender notices, as his commercial bid was not opened and considered.

In view of the above, this Court finds that no right of the petitioner had been infringed in the facts and circumstances under which this writ petition was filed.

Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA/464/2023 stands dismissed, without any order as to costs. (Aniruddha Roy, J.)
