Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that this Court while disposing of the writ petition on 11.07.2025 has passed an order that consequently the proceeding initiated by Municipal Council is also quashed, but the said order is not reflected in the order dated 11.07.2025.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner in the order dated 11.07.2025 at page No.4 in paragraph 1 after the first sentence it should be read consequently all proceeding is also quashed.

This order should be read with the order dated 11.07.2025.
