Learned counsel for the respondents states that if any action is taken against the petitioner in future shall be in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that she is ready and willing to withdraw the present writ petition in view of the stand of the respondents' department.

Needless to state that the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge any order or proceeding in accordance with law if the need arises.

With the above observation, the present writ petition is disposed of.
