July 10, 2025 [Manoj] Item No.5 The order dated February 12, 2025, passed in Other Suit No. 31 of 2022, is an order of injunction granted by the learned Judge under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

Such an order is appealable.

Accordingly, the present revisional application is not maintainable, and CO/43/2025 is dismissed.

However, this shall not preclude the petitioner from filing an appeal against the said order, in accordance with law. The department is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order upon the petitioner filing a photocopy thereof.
