4. CPAN 36 of 2025 shall stand disposed of.

5. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

6. Let the name of Mr. Rakesh Kumar stand deleted as having represented the alleged contemnor on 8th April, 2026 and 17th April, 2026.

7. Let the name of Ms. Babita Das be recorded as having represented the alleged contemnor on 8th April, 2026 and 17th April, 2026.

8. Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the orders dated 8th April, 2026 and 17th April, 2026.

9. The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.

There shall be no order as to costs.
