Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present revisional application was filed for quashing of a proceeding against the petitioner under the Prevention of Corruption Act.

Initially a direction was passed by this Court to conclude the investigation within a limited period, with a rider that in the meantime that no coercive action should be taken against the petitioner.

Subsequently, the investigation was concluded, culminating in a closure report.

Accordingly, it is submitted that the present application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, on the basis of such submission made by learned counsel, CRR/32/2025 is disposed of as infructuous. 5.

Urgent Photostat certified copies of this judgment, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
