Petitioner has filed this writ petition making prayer for relief of direction upon the respondent airport authorities concerned to issue Airport Entry Pass to him by considering his application filed on 04.01.2023 along with all supporting documents according which according to the petitioner is pending.

Mr. Tulsi Lall, learned Advocate representing the respondent Airport authorities files report in a sealed cover which has been perused by this Court disclosing the reason for not allowing petitioner to enter into the Aerodrome, such report which is confidential in nature is returned back to the learned Advocate for the respondent who submitted it.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the parties this writ petition being WPA/487/2023 is disposed of by directing the Airport Authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid application of the petitioner dated 4th January, 2023 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to intimate such decision to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of passing of such order. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the aforesaid application of the petitioner and the authority concerned while considering the application shall act strictly in accordance with law.
