Learned advocate for the official respondent submits that an order passed on July 14, 2025 by the Tehsildar, Ferrargunj stating inter alia that the eviction order passed by the Tehsildar on 30.06.2025 in connection with RC case No. 270 of 2025 stood cancelled.

In such circumstances, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA/326/2025 is disposed of.
