Pur, Little Andaman particulars whereof morefully appears from the writ petition.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondent Administration on instructions that appropriate steps have been initiated and the petitioner would be provided the above information within a month from date.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the Administration, WPA/ 494/2023 stand disposed by directing the respondent Administration to provide the above details particulars whereof have been enumerated hereinabove by 30 November 2024.

It is clarified that the respondent Administration shall provide the Record of Rights and sketch map in respect of the subject premises.
