In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with leave to file afresh before the appropriate forum on the self same cause.

Considering such submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh on the self same cause before the appropriate forum, if permissible in law.
