The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that in spite of making application for providing domestic new electric meter the same has not been considered by the Respondent nos.1 to 4.

Learned Advocate for the Respondent nos.1 to 4 submits that no objection certificate is required from the landlord, Respondent no.5 herein to effect the domestic new electric meter.

In the facts and circumstances this Writ application stands disposed of by directing the Respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of the application of the Writ

Petitioner of providing domestic new electric meter upon giving both the Writ Petitioner and Respondent no.5 an opportunity of being heard. Such decision must be by a reasoned order and to be communicated to the Petitioner. The Respondent no.3 shall take a decision at an early date preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
