Though this has been termed as reply affidavit by the respondents, this is actually one affidavit-in-opposition affirmed on 20.03.2023.

After considering the said affidavit-in-opposition, (wrongly termed as reply affidavit), I direct the respondent no.1 to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in respect of his claim with all the papers and documents that have already been supplied within a period of two weeks from date and to take a decision in respect of the payment of the said amount of money to the petitioner.

The petitioner shall have the liberty to raise all points in respect of the said affidavit-in-opposition, as has been referred herein.

With the observation and direction, the writ application being WPA/503/2023, is disposed of.
