Such application was made on February 05, 2024.

The office of the Tehsildar registered a case being RC No.405/2024/TPB and issued a notice dated June 10, 2024 to the concerned parties. The notice contemplated demarcation of the land on June 15, 2024.

The writ petitioner has approached this Court with the grievance that nothing has happened regarding demarcation of the land.

Learned advocate for the Administration says that all steps will be taken for expeditious completion of the process of demarcation of the land.

Accordingly, I direct the respondents to complete the process of demarcation of land in question as soon as possible but positively within five weeks from the date of communication of this order by the learned advocates for the parties to the concerned Tehsildar.

The petitioner shall render full cooperation to the Administration for the aforesaid purpose. Since I have not called for any affidavits, the allegations in the writ petition are deemed not to be admitted by the respondents.

WPA/350/2024 is accordingly disposed of.
