The private respondents were represented on the last date. Today, nobody appears for them.

No stay order from a competent forum has been placed before me. Therefore, the Port Blair Municipal Council must implement its own order.

Accordingly, I direct the Chairman, Port Blair Municipal Council to ensure implementation of the demolition order dated March 22, 2024 at the earliest and in any event within four weeks from date, in accordance with law.

WPA/352/2024 is disposed of accordingly.
