Copies of the application have been served.

Mr. Tulsi Lall, learned Senior Counsel, submitted that there is no aversion of the Administration to supply electricity connection to the petitioner provided that the petitioner applies in accordance with the extant rules and furnishes necessary documents.

This Writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the direction to the respondent authorities to supply electricity connection to the petitioner subject to compliance with

extant rules and furnish necessary documents by the petitioner as may be required by the authority. Parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
