for the respondents August 7, 2025 [SR] Item No.6 The innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for consideration of representation submitted by it on 14th June, 2025 before the first respondent.
Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 14th June, 2025 within two weeks from the date of communication of this order, upon giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner, in accordance with law.
It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and the first respondent shall be at liberty to deal with the representation independently in accordance with law.
Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to be admitted. The writ petition being WPA/338/2025 is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
