He made a representation to the concerned department which did not receive attention of the competent authority. He has therefore made a representation to the Labour Commissioner, Supply Line, Port Blair, for initiating a conciliation proceeding. With the grievance that such representation is pending and no decision has been taken thereon, the petitioner has approached this Court. Ms. Nag, learned advocate for the petitioner says that the petitioner wants that his representation should be disposed of. Mr.

Chakraborty, learned advocate representing the Administration says that the same shall be done at the earliest and in any event within three months from date.
