In view of the fact that the matter is pending before the Tribunal from 2023, the learned Tribunal is directed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of communication of this order, in accordance of law.
Accordingly, the writ petition, being WPCT/32/2025 is disposed of.
