The petitioner seeks disposal of her application submitted before the third respondent on 18th July, 2023 for domestic electricity connection in her property. The application is yet to be considered by the authority.

In view of the above, this Court directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner dated 18th July, 2023 within two weeks from the date of communication of this order upon affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner, in accordance with law. The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within three days thereafter. The writ petition being WPA/340/2025 is disposed of. Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to be admitted.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
