A report has been filed by the Superintending Engineer (Technical), Electricity Department dated 18.11.2024. 2.

It appears that necessary efforts have been made to upload the name of the petitioner in the website as registered DRM. It is expected that the aforesaid process is completed within a period of one month from date.

Once the name of the petitioner is uploaded, it is expected that all payment due to the petitioner for the period that the petitioner was not allotted work due to the fact that his name was not registered on the website portal of Electricity Department to the extent of 40% of wages payable if he had been actually working during the entire period shall be released to him.

Let such payment be paid within a period of three weeks after the petitioner's name is uploaded in the website. As

already stated, the above payment shall be subject to the pending Conciliation proceedings.

The Superintending Engineer, Electricity Department is personally present in Court. The presence of the Superintending Engineer is dispensed with in view of the order passed above. 6.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities. ( Rajasekhar Mantha, J. )
