Mr. Tulsi Lall along with Mr. Rakesh Kumar, learned Counsels appeared on behalf of the respondent authority.

Mr. Tulsi Lall pointed out that, the petitioner has submitted an application on 15.03.2023 for grant of electric connection but on the very second day i.e on 16.03.2023, the petitioner has filed this instant application.

In view of the above, this Court is of the view that, the application filed by the petitioner is premature and hence the application is dismissed, but this dismissal will not debar the petitioner to apply for grant of electric connection afresh in accordance with law.
