In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to enter into the merits of the challenge thrown in this writ petition at this stage. Faced with such situation, learned advocate for the petitioner prays for a direction upon the learned Tribunal to dispose of the Original Application expeditiously.

Such prayer is not opposed by Mr. Rakesh Kumar, learned advocate appearing for the respondent authorities. In the light of the submissions made by Mr. Jayapal, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, WPCT/33/2025 stands disposed of by requesting the Central Administrative Tribunal, Circuit Bench sitting at Port Blair to make an endeavour to dispose of the OA/931/2024(Port Blair) as

expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the claim and counter claim involved in this writ petition. The parties will be at liberty to agitate all points before the learned Tribunal.
