Mr. Tulsi Lall along with Mr. Rakesh Kumar, learned Counsels are representing the respondents submit that, the petitioner has filed an application for grant of electric connection on 10.03.2023 and immediately within a week, the petitioner has filed the instant Writ application on 16.03.2023 without waiting the statutory period of 30 days.

Accordingly, the application filed by the petitioner is premature and hence the application is dismissed, but this dismissal will not debar the petitioner to apply for grant of electric connection afresh in accordance with law.
