The Principal and Another Mr. Adarsh Ilango ... for the petitioners Mr. V.D.Sivabalan ... for the respondent no.1 Mr. Siddartha Singha ... for the respondent no.2 August 11, 2025 [SR] Item No. 1 Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the Transfer Certificate has been issued by the first respondent in favour of the child through Whatsapp and the petitioners have been called to the school for receiving the hard copy thereof. The petitioners intend to visit the school tomorrow, i.e., on 12th August, 2025 for receiving the same.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that since no further remains to be adjudicated in the present application, the same is disposed of.

Urgent certified photostate copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance with the usual formalities.
