Having heard Mr. Khan, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Kumar, learned advocate appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of by requesting the respondent No. 1 i.e. the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman District, Sri Vijaya Puram to dispose of the RC No. 52/GIS/2023/DC (SA) as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

WPA/330/2026 stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
