Mr. Tulsi Lall, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has filed the application on 16.03.2023 along with supportive documents but on the same date the petitioner has filed the instant Writ application.

This Court finds that, the application filed by the petitioner is prematured. Accordingly, the Writ petition is dismissed, but this dismissal will not debar the petitioner to apply before the concerned authority afresh for grant of electric connection.
