It is submitted by the prosecution that the charge sheet has been filed. In the meantime, this Court is appraised of the fact that the petitioner has also moved a criminal revisional application in which on the basis of an undertaking between the complainant and the accused, an order dated 22nd December, 2025 was passed directing no coercive action should be taken against the petitioner till 10th January,2026. At this stage, the learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he is not willing to proceed with the application, inter alia, for anticipatory bail. The applications being CRM(A)/4/2025 and CRAN/1/2025 are as such dismissed for non-prosecution. ( Arindam Mukherjee, J. )
