Mano ... for the petitioner Ms. Babita Das ... for the respondents August 5, 2025 [SR] Item No. 12 The innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for demarcation of the land in question purchased by him by virtue of a registered deed comprising 0.0200 hectares in Survey No.34/1/15.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner purchased the said land by virtue of a registered deed on 8th May, 2015.
Learned counsels for the parties referred to a notice issued by the Revenue Inspector on 21st June, 2025 vide R.C.No.TPB/2025/821 wherein it is stated that the land in question belonging to the petitioner would be demarcated on 9th July, 2025. The petitioner submits that such demarcation has not been held till date.
In view of the above, this Court directs the second respondent to demarcate the plot of the land referred to in the notice dated 21st June, 2025 within thirty days from the date of communication of this order upon service of notice to all concerned including the petitioner.
Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to be admitted.
The writ petition being WPA/353/2025 is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
