Mr. Tulsi Lall along with Mr. Rakesh Kumar, learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the respondent authority submit that, the petitioner has submitted an application on 04.03.2023 for grant of electric connection and on 17.03.2023, the petitioner has filed this instant application.

Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the respondents and after going through the record, this Court finds that the application filed by the petitioner is premature and hence the application is dismissed. However, this dismissal will not debar the petitioner to apply for grant of electric connection afresh in accordance with law.
