Mr. Adarsh Ilango ... for the petitioner Ms. Babita Das ... for the respondent August 8, 2025 [SR] Item No. 7 By an order dated July 31, 2025, this Court directed the respondent not to take any steps with regard to Survey No.193/1/1 occupied by the petitioner. The respondent was also granted liberty to implement the order impugned in respect of Survey No.193/1/9 in accordance with law upon demarcating the said property in presence of the petitioner or her representative.

This Court adds that such demarcation shall be made upon service of notice upon the petitioner and in presence of all concerned including the petitioner/her representative, in accordance with law.

The authorities are directed to consider and dispose of the review application within seven days from date. Since nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the application, the same is disposed of.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to be admitted. The writ petition being WPA/356/2025 is accordingly disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
